My Tenth Entry

Corrected text

Traveling

There was a boy who was traveling on a bus. He was the only one because it was late at night and it was raining.
Then, the busstopped working and the driver decided to park the bus on one side of the road. He went out to see what happened, when a lightning hit the bus.
The boy noticed that everything changed around him. The rain had stopped, the cars were floating and there were robots walking on the streets. That only could mean something, he had traveled to the future!
He could only say one thing:
"If only I hadn't boarded that bus".

Improving my Listening Skills

I found a website (LiricsTraining.com) where you can practice your listening skills through lyrics.
The activities consist in listening to the song while you are writing the missing words in the subtitles.

I think is a great website because is entertaining; the only problem is that you are writing just the words you are listening, but you are not always focused on the meaning of each statment.

5 techniques to speak any language

In this next video we can watch some tips to learn other languages.

I think is a great video, principally because the speaker is someone who has learned many languages.
Besides English, I have also been learning on my own German and Italian. At first, I tried German, however then I decided to go a German course (My first class is in two weeks).
I have set myself the goal of learning at least three languages other than Spanish and I think I'm on the good track.

My Second Entry

Corrected paragraph

In my last test I noticed that I have to practice and read more.
I felt the texts were easy, but when I tried to answer the questions I had to readagain the whole text.
I know, if I want to improve my reading skills, I must take time to read some readings and practice my reading comprehensions skills with activities in Flo-Joe.
I will read at least two texts per week to improve my vocabulary and, principally, my reading comprehension skills.

Conclusions
I am reflective which means I prefer to think before doing, evaluate the concequences and learn by analysis.
I am also intuitive and visual. I prefer to know the meaning and I look for visual information.
I am a little sequential because I prefer to have information in order, but I don´t have problem seeing the whole picture first.
